What is Flow?
FLOW IS OPTIMAL HUMAN PERFORMANCE
WHAT FLOW DOES
Flow gives useable, practical, scientific wording and explanations for things that were once thought to be elusive states. When an athlete is in “the zone,” he or she is experiencing Flow. When you go to work, throw in your headphones and jam away to your favorite songs while you work then before you know it it’s already lunch time (where did the time go – and look how much you already accomplished), you are likely in a state of Flow.
